FAQ / Exchange Policy
MEASURING YOUR WRISTSTEP 1: Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measurements or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the bracelet.
STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size.
STEP 3: Whatever your side is add half of an inch and that is the size we recommend ordering.

SHIPPING AND EXCHANGES
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I put the wrong shipping address what do I do?
You can reach out to us if it is within 24 hours of placing your order via email firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item has already been shipped you will been to file a claim with the post office using the tracking number.
My Tracking Information isn't updating?
The post office is experiencing delays so please give it 5-7 business days to update your order status. If it is showing "confirmed" after their time period it is possible your package is lost. Please reach out to us and file a claim post office using the tracking number.
My item broke what can I do?
We have a 3 month warranty on all products if the item is coming unraveled or breaks due to the manufacturing error we’re happy to replace for free. If stretched or broken we can restring for a $5 fee + shipping costs here.
My item is the wrong size what can I do?
We can exchange your product for a different size just pay the difference in price + shipping costs.
Due to the hand making and customization of our products we do not offer returns. We can offer an exchange for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. To exchange an eligible item purchased online, simply reach out to us email@example.com or DM us on instagram @beadedblondes. Shipping charges may apply on your new order.
Please allow up to 15 business days from when we receive your exchange to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. For any inquiries concerning exchanges, please contact.
All Custom Pieces Are Final Sale.
Custom-made personalized pieces are final sale no exchanges. These items are handmade to order and cannot be returned. You can find this information on the product page.
International Shipping and Returns
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Beaded Blondes is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
An agreement for Beaded Blondes to sell goods to you is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price, and applicable tax are agreed on between you and Beaded Blondes when an order is placed. You are responsible for the charges for transport, packaging, freight, and/or insurance of your order as reflected in the order summary provided upon checkout.
Beaded Blondes reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of an offer or payment. Beaded Blondes reserves the right to modify or cancel a promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
