MEASURING YOUR WRIST 

STEP 1: Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measurements or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the bracelet.
STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size.
STEP 3: Whatever your side is add half of an inch and that is the size we recommend ordering.

     ***If purchasing a gift, our most commonly sold size is standard***

      SHIPPING AND EXCHANGES 

      Shipping Information

      Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Please note, tracking can take a few days to update once you get a tracking number.

      ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

      You will be provided a tracking code via email from USPS or UPS after the order has been shipped. View here.

      I put the wrong shipping address what do I do?

      If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@beadedblondes.com after placing your order. We will do our best to update the shipping information before the order is processed.

      Please note that while we will try to make changes when possible, we cannot guarantee that address updates can be made, especially after a shipping label is created for your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

      My Tracking Information isn't updating?

      Pease allow 5-7 business days to update your order status as postal carriers often experience delays beyond our control. If tracking does not update after 5-7 business days of you receiving a shipping notification, it is possible your package is lost. Please reach out to us so we can file a claim. 

      My item broke what can I do?

      We have a 90 day warranty on all products if the item is becoming unraveled or breaks due to the manufacturing error. If purchased from a retailer, we must have proof of purchase to proceed. Please file a warranty claim here. You must have a photo of the damage for the claim to be approved. If it is past 90 days, you are eligible for a restring if you still have a good amount of beads and it is within a year of purchase. If you are local, you can visit our warehouse for a restring. If you are not local, you can file a claim here. You will be sent an invoice for the restring + shipping. 

      My item is the wrong size what can I do?

      We can exchange your product for a different size within 30 days. Please file an exchange here 

      Exchange Policy

      Due to the hand making and customization of our products we do not offer refunds. We can offer an exchange for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. To exchange an eligible item purchased online, click HERE

      Please allow up to 15 business days from when we receive your exchange  to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. For any inquiries concerning exchanges, please contact. 

      All Custom Pieces Are Final Sale.

      Custom-made personalized pieces are final sale no exchanges. These items are handmade to order and cannot be returned. You can find this information on the product page.

      TERMS & CONDITIONS

      These Terms and Conditions ("Terms”) govern your use of any websites, electronic and text messages, and social media pages operated, directed by or otherwise maintained by Beaded Blondes, LLC. You agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy by your access or use of the Sites and any of the services offered by Beaded Blondes.

       

      ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

      An agreement for Beaded Blondes to sell goods to you is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price, and applicable tax are agreed on between you and Beaded Blondes when an order is placed. You are responsible for the charges for transport, packaging, freight, and/or insurance of your order as reflected in the order summary provided upon checkout.

      Beaded Blondes reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of an offer or payment. Beaded Blondes reserves the right to modify or cancel a promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
