Due to the hand making and customization of our products we do not offer returns. We can offer an exchange for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. To exchange an eligible item purchased online here.

Please allow up to 15 business days from when we receive your exchange  to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. For any inquiries concerning exchanges, please contact.
