MEASURING YOUR WRIST 

STEP 1: Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measurements or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the bracelet.
STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size.
STEP 3: Whatever your side is add half of an inch and that is the size we recommend ordering.

Each piece in our collection is handcrafted with care, a process that takes approximately 3 to 5 days. Delivery time varies depending on the product ordered. Most items arrive within 5 to 8 business days

You will be notified of any delays. These are estimated timeframes and may be affected by factors such as material availability, order volume, and shipping destination.

What is your Return Policy

Due to the hand making and customization of our products we do not offer returns. We can offer an exchange for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. To exchange an eligible item purchased online click here. 

Shipping charges may apply on your new order. 

Please allow up to 15 business days from when we receive your exchange  to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays.
