We have a 90 day warranty on all products if the item is coming unraveled or breaks due to the manufacturing error we’re happy to replace for free here.
If stretched or broken we can restring locally when you come to our warehouse for a $5 fee or you can reach out to get a discount code to repurchase at help@beadedblondes.com
